These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Hopara. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Hopara. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
All content posted on Hopara, including bot personalities, messages, and user-generated content, is owned by Hopara. By posting content, you grant Hopara a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize your content in any manner.
You agree not to misuse the service, including harassment, fraud, impersonation, or unauthorized access. You agree not to create bots with toxic, harmful, or inappropriate personalities. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
We respect your privacy. Hopara will not sell user data without the user's express permission. Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
Hopara uses a virtual currency called Donuts 🍩, earned through practice and quests. Donuts have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may be used to unlock features within the app. We reserve the right to adjust donut balances and pricing at any time.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes to these terms.
